Home School Breathe

Start your teaching day at home in a calmer frame of mind.  Our ‘Home School Breathe’ Programme offers 6 months of weekly breath exercises to help your child start and end thier day in a calmer frame of mind.

Presented by one of our amazing School Breathe Team, you will receive either an online breath technique, meditation exercise, visualisation or audio to help your child learn new ways to relax and feel centred. Scientifically proven to improve concentration, enhance feelings of calm and encourages a more present state of mind.  You can reap all the benefits of a breathwork practice too when you practice with them. There are also some calming ‘Breathe to Sleep’ audios for you and your child to practice before bedtime included within the programme.
